What to expect at drop off: *Check In (paper work to be completed, car seat checklist, waiver etc..). You can bring your items in at this time or check in first, you decide what's best for you. Presale passes will be given at this time. *Your items will be screened for acceptability & proper tagging. We want to provide the best in children's consignment shopping! Rolling racks will be available; however we have a very limited quantity. *After screening you will be responsible for putting your items in the designated areas. Clothing is placed on the sales floor, by size, gender, & type. Volunteers may be available, if not busy with other check in tasks. *When leaving the building all bins, boxes and bags will be inspected for security purposes. *We will deduct your $10 consignor fee from your check. TIPS *Follow the tagging guidelines exactly. *Bring your own bins, boxes, bags or a helper to help with your items. IMPORTANT: Organize items prior to drop off, separating items by size and gender. This will make the drop off process go smoother and faster. | What to expect at Pick Up *Bring identification to show in order to pick up items. Sign check out waiver and proceed to collect items. *Clothing is guaranteed to be separated by consignor number. *All other items; shoes, blankets, toys, socks etc.. Will be separated by consignor number in the designated sale area (pending volunteer help & time). You will be responsible for going to that area and picking up those items. *Check out. All picked up items will be checked upon leaving the building. As well as bags, boxes and bins for security purposes. *Items not picked up by deadline time will be donated to Hearts & Hands.
Tips: *Don't forget to check the missing tag area for items that might belong to you. *Your check will be mailed to you within 2 weeks. |
