What to expect at drop off:
Appointment Only Drop-Off:
Consignors with over 500 clothing items may make an appointment for drop off.

General Drop-Off: No appointment necessary
Wednesday, October 6th, 4:00pm-9:00pm
Thursday, October 7th, 9:oopm-2:00pm
Second Drop-Off: No appointment necessary Thursday, October 7th, 9:00am-2:00pm.
Prepare your items and Drop-off will go much quicker! Please have your items sorted by gender and size. Group them with rubber bands. You will need to display your things on the sales floor after they have been inspected for acceptance.
Please allow at least One hour for drop-off this season. In order to maintain the high standard of quality merchandise, all clothing and shoe items will be inspected. Check out our Merchandise prep page for instructions.
Sign a Waiver
To save time at check in, download the waiver and bring it with you to drop off.

Please bring a stamped, self addressed LEGAL SIZED envelope for your check to be mailed to you. You should receive a check within two weeks and we will subtract your $10.00 consignor fee from your check. We will mail you your check in this envelope.
FYI- Don't wait until the last minute to drop off.
Please double check all tags for accuracy. We will not be responsible for mis-tagged or mis-priced items or items without tags. Please refer to the pricing guidelines, if needed.

What to expect at Pick Up
Evening Pick Up Time:
Monday, October, 11th
5:30pm-6:15pm: Last Name A-L Consignor Pick Up
6:30pm-7:15pm: Last Name M-Z Consignor Pick Up (Bring ID)

ID Required at Pick-Up
We will now require consignors who are picking up their unsold merchandise to bring their ID to pick up. If someone other than the original consignor will be picking up the unsold merchandise, it must be noted on the waiver.
If you are unable to pick up your unsold items please make arrangements with someone to pick them up for you and note their name on your waiver when dropping off your merchandise. Items not picked up between after and 7:45 p.m. on Monday, October 11th, 2010 will be donated to our Charity Partners. The donation trucks will be loaded at this time and no entrance will be given to anyone who is late. We must vacate the building at our scheduled time, and it is not possible for us to take items not picked up home with us. After the stated pick-up, it is out of our hands and you will need to use the donated items as a tax deduction. |
