We Love Our Volunteers!
Volunteering is a great way to get a sneak peak at all the great deals,
as well as helping others excited about the deals.
Volunteer a shift or a barter and get a presale pass to shop earlier than others invited to this invitation only presale.
Ask a friend if they would like to volunteer and shop early with you.
We can always use the help and it'll be fun!

Remember all Volunteers get to shop earlier than others on presale night and shop before the public for Half price day.

HOW DO I VOLUNTEER?
You have the option to sign up for any shift to equal the minimum number of hours needed to meet the 12, 8 or 4 Hour shift requirements.

To sign up for a Volunteer Shift Click here: Online Sign Up. You will be directed to register as a volunteer and "set up your Volunteer schedule".

After you sign up for a Volunteer shift you will have the option to send a confirmation.

Can't work your hours in one shift? Split your time between two dates or two shifts.

Remember, you can earn an 8 hour Presale Pass by working any Set Up or Breakdown Shift.
IF I VOLUNTEER WHEN DO I GET TO SHOP?
Volunteers get to shop according to how many hours they volunteer and/ or barter. Volunteers get to shop early on presale night, Thursday October 15th at:
~ 12 hour volunteers shop at 1st
~8 hour volunteers shop at 2nd
~4 hour volunteers shop at 3rd

We understand not everyone can do a shift. That's why we have made it easy for everyone to participate as a volunteer. We have numerous other ways to earn a presale pass. Click here to view our other volunteer options.

WILL I NEED ANY SPECIAL TRAINING?
~ Don't worry if you have never volunteered before, we will show you what to do.

HOW DO I PICK UP MY PRESALE PASS?
~ Consignors may pick up their volunteer Presale pass at the information table during drop off .
~ If you are not consigning you may pick up your pass just before the Presale begins.

HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES A VOLUNTEER PRESALE PASS ADMIT?
~ The volunteer Presale pass admits one person only. Family & friends must earn their own pass to attend the Presale. However, if you believe you can't attend the Presale or
a husband completeing a husband barter.
Feel free to give your pass away to someone who can attend.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
~ Sorry, children are not allowed at the Presale.
However, nursing babies in a snugli may attend.

I AM A CONSIGNOR DOING A BREAKDOWN SHIFT. WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ITEMS?
~ If you work a breakdown shift on Saturday. You may pick up your unsold items after your shift.

Volunteer Hour Requirements:

12 Hour Volunteer Requirements (Shop 1st)
* 12 General Hours
or
* 1 Barter, Set up or Breakdown shift with an additional four hour shift

8 Hour Volunteer Requirements (Shop 2nd)
* 8 General Hours
or
*1 Barter, Set up and/ or Breakdown shift

4 Hour Volunteer Requirement (Shop 3rd)
* 4 General Hours
