For the Fall/ Winter 2010 Arlington event, you will have two options for preparing your tags. You may choose to use the online bar-coding system or you may still hand write your tags. ***If you decide to handwrite tags there will be an additional fee of $10.00 from your check. Check your profile to make sure that you have Arlington selected.  On the myjbftags.com tagging system, please double check your profile to make sure that your profile says ARLINGTON and not Fort Worth, Grapevine, or Weatherford.  In order for your inventory to work properly, you must select ARLINGTON in your profile on the tagging site AND CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE USING YOUR ARLINGTON NUMBER AND NOT A NUMBER FROM ONE OF THE OTHER EVENTS. Please, follow the instructions to avoid any confusion, nothing smaller or larger. USE ONLY 3 X 5 CARDS. NO OTHER SIZE WILL BE ACCEPTED (except tag template on cardstock) Write a "D" (Donate) in the top right corner of your tag (under the line) if you want an item to be donated at the end of the sale should it not sell. Leave it blank, if it will be picked up on pick up day. Red star in lower right corner of tag next to the price if you DO NOT want the item discounted. *Red star tells the customer that the item is full price. NO CROSSOUTS, WHITE OUTS OR TAPE OUTS OF ANY KIND ON TAGS. If you change any information on your tag it must be done by making a new tag! Your tag should look like the example above. It's just that easy. *Please pay careful attention to your consignor number and make sure not to transpose your numbers. *We will not accept any items that have crossouts or scribbles on the tags. *Please follow these instructions EXACTLY and refer to illustrations on this page. All toys that are electronic or have pieces will need to have all batteries and all the pieces. Please pay careful attention to your consignor number. Be sure not to transpose your numbers. If you are joining us from another sale, you must still sign up on the Arlington Online Signup page to participate in our event.  Please make sure that you are using the consignor number for the Arlington sale and not from another local JBF sale. We are unable to accept any items that have cross outs or scribbles on the tags. If you need to change something on a tag after you have it on the item, you must make a brand new tag for that item. If you wish to Donate your items at the end of the event, select "Donate" on your profile in the tagging system www.MyJBFTags.com. The word "donate" will appear on your tag and that item will be donated if it does not sell.  As the tagging system states, you can pick and choose, by indicating it on the specific tag, which items to donate and which ones to pick up.  We encourage donating your unsold items. It blesses so many people. Red star on the tag indicates that you DO NOT want the item discounted. Red star tells the customer that the item is full price. NO CROSSOUTS, WHITE OUTS OR TAPE OUTS OF ANY KIND ON TAGS If you change any information on your tag is must be done by printing off a new tag! Only Fall and Winter children's clothing will be accepted for this sale. ALL season maternity clothing will be accepted. Please inspect your items carefully at home-we will also inspect them at drop off. Clothes that are soiled, stained or with holes will not be accepted. Just Between Friends reserves the right to deny any unacceptable items. We accept Girls sizes preemie thru size 16.We WILL accept Teens/Juniors clothing. Boys sizes preemie thru size 20. Sorry, we WILL NOT be accepting men's sizes S,M,L,XL. No Adult clothing accepted except maternity. PRICING you set the price! Price to sell keeping in mind the quality, name brand and condition of your items. JUST BETWEEN FRIENDS suggests starting at 1/3 of the original price. We also suggest that you let your clothing items be included in the half price sales. Mark the starting price up if it is something that you are sentimental about, but of course, it is your decision if it is half price or not. Price your items in $1.00 or .50 cent increments. No .99 cents or other increments, please. Click Here for JBF Pricing Guidelines $3.00 Rule if your single, hanging clothing item can't bring $3.00 on its own, please pair it with something that will bring it to this amount. This only applies to clothing, not toys/equipment. JUST BETWEEN FRIENDS will be conducting strict inspection of your items. Unacceptable items will be returned to you or we can donate it for you. Clothes must be HUNG on appropriately sized hangers with the hook pointing to the left and the tag on the right shoulder if you are facing it (Make a question mark with the hanger.) Use only one inch or larger safety PINS to attach tag. No straight pins. Attach safety side to side, vertically on the card. Pin clothing sets securely together with pants hung on the backside of the shirt and pinned at the waist on the hanger. Both pieces can be viewed without unpinning them. Pants hung on a separate hanger tend to come off the hanger and then get separated from the top. Extra security feature: If you want to secure your tag on the clothing item to help prevent thieves from switching tags, simply place the pin vertically on the card, then put a clear piece of tape over the pin. Spending a little extra time getting your items ready will mean more money $$$ for you. Items that are cleaned, ironed, and starched, with all pieces attached, and loose threads clipped, sell much better!! Hand-written Tags (additional fee of $10 deducted from check)
